Dear Veritas,
I work for a foundation that bills itself as progressive, but – in my opinion – isn’t working efficiently on the issues it says it cares about. I know that most people don’t have the privilege of being politically aligned with their employers, but it feels more frustrating somehow to work at an organisation that says it believes in achieving social transformation but it’s really ‘putting its money where its mouth is’. How should I reconcile this?
Sincerely,
Frustrated
