Inclusive businesses (NIs) in Latin America need a state incentive programme if they are to fulfill their potential. This was one of the conclusions of a conference organized by the Red Iberoamericana de Negocios Inclusivos (Ibero-American Inclusive Business Network) in Quito in December last, entitled ‘Economic inclusion, public policies and local development’.
